1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using KL Medical Concierge services ("we", "our services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Service Description
KL Medical Concierge provides healthcare navigation services to help you:
- Understand your healthcare needs
- Find suitable healthcare providers in Kuala Lumpur
- Coordinate appointment bookings (optional)
We are NOT healthcare providers. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. We are a navigation and administrative coordination service.
3. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fee: RM49 (non-refundable after consultation completed)
- Fee is fully credited if you proceed with booking packages
- Add-on packages have separate pricing (RM99-249)
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours before appointment → full refund
- Cancel within 24 hours → no refund
- No-show → no refund
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your information is handled confidentially per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your health information without consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Medical outcomes or quality of care from providers we recommend
- Provider unavailability or appointment slot availability
- Misdiagnosis or mistreatment by medical professionals
- Medical emergencies (we will direct you to appropriate emergency care)
7. Emergency Situations
DO NOT use this service for medical emergencies. Call 999 or go to the nearest emergency room.
8. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
